All vehicles are equipped with kitchen, refrigerator, stove, bathroom (except VW California), auxiliary heating, fresh- and wastewater tank, cable drum and connection cable, safety belts in the living area, power steering and radio.

Extras such as dishes, bed linen, towels, child seats, table and chairs are available on request for a fee.

The minimum age of the renter and drivers is 21 years. German driver’s license class 3 for all models. European class B for vehicles with gross vehicle weight up to 3.500 kg and class C1 of more than 3500 kg gross vehicle weight (group L1).

Drivers must have held the license for at least two years.

The renter must take care that he has a sufficient driver’s license for the booked motorhome.

In the high season the minimum rental period is 10 days, otherwise 7 days. Exceptions are booking gaps.

In case of very short-term requests and corresponding availability, the minimum rental period can be undercut.

The security deposit is 1.500 € per rental and vehicle. And is to be deposited with the EC card or credit card (VISA, MasterCard) free of charge for us at the latest when the vehicle is handed over. The amount will be deducted from the card and refunded by the head office upon proper return of the vehicle as part of the final settlement. For rentals of less than 25 days, if you deposit the amount with a credit card, it will usually be reserved only. All kilometers are included in the rental price. There are no additional costs for kilometers driven. Special offers may vary from this.

The M2 California and K4/K4E Classic Star/Edition groups are equipped with an automatic transmission. In all other groups a manual transmission is installed as standard. There are vehicles with automatic transmission, but this cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking.

A trailer coupling is only available in the groups M1/23 and M2 California (max. towing capacity 2500 kg braked / 750 kg unbraked). Our group M4GC is towing max. capacity 1400 kg braked / 750 kg unbraked

All VW California have an integrated navigation system. In the other vehicle groups, there is usually no navigation system.

The motorhomes are cleaned inside and outside and disinfected inside before the rental.

The exterior cleaning after the rental is included in the price. If the interior cleaning, the emptying of the wastewater tank and / or the emptying and cleaning of the toilet cassette is to be carried out in whole or in part by DRM upon return, cleaning fees will be charged.

The bringing of dogs is allowed. We ask all pet owners to cover the upholstery in the rental vehicle during the rental period. This way there is less stress for the following tenants, who may be allergy sufferers. The odor nuisance in the car is minimized in this way.

The interior of the vehicle must be thoroughly cleaned before it is returned.

The renter is responsible for the safe and proper transport of the dogs, as well as for the compliance with any entry restrictions and vaccinations.

Damage caused by the animal is the responsibility of the renter.

After booking you will receive a reservation confirmation from us by e-mail. Within 10 days after the reservation (immediately in case of online reservation) a deposit of 300.- € has to be transferred, which makes the reservation bindingly booked. The remaining amount is to be transferred latest 30 days prior to pick-up date. In case of short-term booking (less than 30 days before the start of the rental period), the entire rental price is due immediately.

This varies depending on the rental station. Please feel free to contact the station directly for clarification.

An exceptional authorization is required for travel to some countries in Southern and Eastern Europe. This must be issued to the customer upon collection (free of charge).

The following countries are approved without restriction:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

An exceptional authorization is required for the following countries:

Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Estonia, Greece, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Northern Macedonia, Poland, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

The following countries are BANNED:

Bulgaria, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Morocco, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Belarus.

Countries not listed are available upon request.

Please note that when traveling to Eastern Europe, northern Scandinavia or non-European countries, assistance will take longer in case of accidents or breakdowns.

Please inform yourself in advance about traffic rules, tolls and other regulations in the countries you are traveling to.

Please understand that smoking is not allowed in our mobile homes. In case of violation we have to charge an increased cleaning fee.
