Below, you can find information about the services provided in electronic commerce by DRM Deutsche Reisemobil Vermietungs GmbH.

1. Information about our services – rental of motorhomes in Germany

a) General description

DRM Deutsche Reisemobil Vermietungs GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "DRM") offers motorhome (campervan) bookings on its website.

The campervans can be collected from various locations across Germany. These locations are operated by independent partner companies or by DRM itself. The partners act on behalf of DRM and use the "DRM" brand.

The booking is processed technically via the respective local partner. The rental agreement itself is concluded directly with DRM Deutsche Reisemobil Vermietungs GmbH.

b) Booking process

Select collection and return location
Select a collection location in Germany.
The motorhome must be returned to the same location. Returning it to a different location is currently not possible online. Select your desired location from the predefined Locations.

Select rental period
Specify when you would like to collect and return the motorhome.
You can either enter the dates directly or select them in the calendar.

Select vehicle
You can filter the available motorhomes by various features, for example by vehicle type, minimum number of seat-belted seats or berths, or equipment.
Each vehicle is displayed with images, 360° interior views, and floor plans.

Add extras
After selecting a motorhome, you can book additional services. These include, for example:

Camping furniture
Camping crockery
Child seats
Interior cleaning
Other bookable extras

Select insurance
You can additionally book insurance from ERGO Reiseversicherung AG, for example:

Travel cancellation insurance
Excess insurance

When selecting an insurance policy, a form will appear. Here, you can enter further information, for example your date of birth or your IBAN if you wish to pay by SEPA direct debit.
If you pay by credit card, you will be redirected to the PAYONE payment page after booking your motorhome.
The selected payment method only applies to the booked insurance.

Enter personal details and complete booking
Enter your personal details, for example:

Name
Address
Contact details

Before completing your booking, you must agree to our General Rental Terms and Conditions (AVB) and the Privacy Policy.

If you have booked additional insurance, you must also accept the insurance terms and conditions. You must also agree to receive the pre-contractual information by email.
You can then complete the booking with a single click on the "Submit rental enquiry" button, subject to acceptance by the lessor DRM.

2. Information on accessibility

a) What requirements apply?

Our digital services comply with the requirements of the Barrier-Free Strengthening Act (BFSG).

Our digital offers should be accessible to all people. This also applies to people with disabilities.

The offers must be designed so that they:

can be easily found,
can be used without particular difficulty,
can be operated with as little external assistance as possible.

b) How we meet the requirements

We implement various measures to ensure that our digital offers are usable by all people.

In doing so, we comply with the requirements of the Barrier-Free Strengthening Act (BFSG). We also follow the European EN 301 549 standards and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

We design our digital offers so that they:

can be easily perceived,
are simple to use,
are easy to understand,
to work reliably with various devices and aids.

This is how we aim to ensure that people with disabilities can use our digital offers without restrictions. In doing so, we support their equal participation in social life.

3. Responsible market surveillance authority

The market surveillance authority responsible for monitoring accessibility is the Market Surveillance Office of the Länder for the Accessibility of Products and Services (MLBF).

The authority is based in Magdeburg.
