Flotten- & Schadens-Manager (m/w/d)
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in München / Markt Schwaben ab sofort bzw. August oder nach Vereinbarung als Flotten- & Schadens-Manager (m|w|d) – Vollzeit – mit Berufserfahrung – unbefristet. Als Flotten- & Schadensmanager (m|w|d) bei der DRM bekleiden Sie eine der wichtigsten Funktionen im Unternehmen. Sie sind der direkte, technische Ansprechpartner für unsere Vermiet-Assistenten an unseren Vermietstandorten, Zulassungsbehörden, Lieferanten und Reparaturpartner. Es erwartet Sie ein kleines aber feines Team in der Hauptverwaltung in Markt Schwaben sowie flache Hierarchien. Sie berichten direkt an den General Manager / Geschäftsführung. Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns: Ein- und Aussteuerung der Flotte An- und Abmeldung der Flotte Organisation und Überwachung von Wartungs-, TÜV- bzw. Werkstatt-Terminen Organisation von Fahrzeug-Versetzungen Garantie-Eröffnung bei Neufahrzeugen Ersatzteil-Bestellungen Erstellung und Überwachung von Garantie-Anträgen Überwachung von Rückruf-Aktionen Qualitätsmanagement im Schadensbereich Monitoring Flotten- und Schadenskosten Erstellung und Durchführung von kleineren technischen Audits Sicherstellung der im Rahmen der Halterhaftung notwendigen Maßnahmen Kostenvoranschlags-Erstellung bei Mietschäden Endkunden-Abrechnung von Mietschäden Allgemeine Verwaltungs- und Bürotätigkeiten Das sollten Sie dafür mitbringen: Camping und Caravaning ist Teil Ihrer Urlaubsform Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität Sie besitzen ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein Sie haben ein Organisationstalent Sie denken und handeln unternehmerisch Sie agieren souverän mit dem PC und Tablet und haben gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Bürokommunikation Idealerweise verfügen Sie über ein gutes technisches Verständnis und haben mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich KFZ- und/oder Caravan-Instandsetzung Sie besitzen den Führerschein Klasse B bzw. As a Rental Assistant (m/f/d) at DRM, you are our public face and our on-site "host." In other words, the direct, personal point of contact for our customers. Whether it’s handling reservations and providing advice beforehand, handing over vehicles, or managing the vehicle fleet, you can expect a great team on site in Munich / Markt Schwaben, consisting of vehicle maintenance staff, vehicle detailers, rental assistants, and temporary staff.
