Fleet & Damage Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in Munich / Markt Schwaben from now or August or by arrangement as
Fleet & Damage Manager (m|f|d) – full-time – with professional experience – permanent.

As Fleet & Damage Manager (m|w|d) at DRM, you will hold one of the most important roles within the company.

You will be the direct, technical contact person for our rental assistants at our rental locations, registration authorities, suppliers and repair partners. You will be part of a small but excellent team at the main office in Markt Schwaben, with flat hierarchies. You will report directly to the General Manager / Management Board.

These tasks await you with us:

• Registration and deregistration of the fleet
• Registration and deregistration of the fleet
• Organisation and monitoring of maintenance, MOT and workshop appointments
• Organisation of vehicle relocations
• Opening of warranties for new vehicles
• Ordering of spare parts
• Creation and monitoring of warranty applications
• Monitoring of recall actions
• Quality management in the damage area
• Monitoring of fleet and damage costs
• Creation and implementation of smaller technical audits
• Ensuring the measures necessary under keeper liability
• Creation of cost estimates for rental damages
• Final customer billing of rental damages
• General administrative and office tasks

• Ideally, you have a good technical understanding and several years of experience in the field of motor vehicle and/or caravan repair
• You hold a Class B or Class 3 driving licence
