Full-time Rental Assistant (m/f/d) in Munich / Markt Schwaben

To strengthen our team in Munich / Markt Schwaben, we are looking for someone to start immediately or at a later date:

Rental Assistant (m/f/d), full-time, permanent position.

As a Rental Assistant (m/f/d) at DRM, you are our public face and our on-site "host."

In other words, the direct, personal point of contact for our customers. Whether it’s handling reservations and providing advice beforehand, handing over vehicles, or managing the vehicle fleet, you can expect a great team on site in Munich / Markt Schwaben, consisting of vehicle maintenance staff, vehicle detailers, rental assistants, and temporary staff.

Here are the tasks you can expect to take on with us:

• Reservations and customer service (in person, by phone, and via email)
• Preparation of lease agreements and checklists, as well as damage assessments upon vehicle return
• Vehicle handover and technical orientation for customers
• General administrative and office duties
• Maintenance, technical inspections, and—depending on your personal skills—the ability to perform minor repairs on your own would be a plus

• You are a natural "host" and have a strong commitment to customer service
• You enjoy interacting with people from all cultural backgrounds and, in addition to German, speak English and, ideally, perhaps other foreign languages as well
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to quality
• You have a knack for organization
• You are confident using a computer and tablet and have basic knowledge of office communication
• Ideally, you have a good understanding of technical matters and may even have experience in automotive or RV repair
• You have a Class B or Class 3 driver's license
