Comprehensive motor insurance with the option to reduce the excess.
All DRM motorhomes and campervans provided by DRM Motorhome Hire are fitted with aComprehensive motor insurance with a €1,500 excessper claim. You can reduce this excess for a small fee by taking out an external (optional) supplementary insurance policy toReduce by 250 EUR– can be booked right up until the start of the tenancy.
Please note:The security deposit and the excess per claim remain at €1,500 payable to us. Any claim amount in excess of €250, up to a maximum of €1,500 per claim or €4,000 per insurance policy, will be reimbursed to you – provided you are entitled to it – by your insurer once the claim has been settled.

ERGO Supplementary Insurance
This useful supplementary insurance is available to motorhome hire customers who are resident in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and the Czech Republic.
